For orders in Australia under $200, we offer Standard Shipping (2 to 8 business days) for $8.95 and Express Shipping (1 to 4 business days) starting from $14.95.

Orders over $200 will be shipped for free via Standard Shipping. You may opt for Express Shipping but this will incur regular costs starting from $14.95.

Shipping to New Zealand

For shipping to New Zealand we offer a number of options based on the weight of your order. Transit times to New Zealand is approximately 5-14 business days (pending other external delays such as demand, weather activity, customers & more). 

Shipping costs are as follows:

Returns

If you would like to request a return for a product purchased through ignitesportnutrition.com.au, please contact us via our contact page. Alternatively, you can email us directly at ignitesportnutrition@outlook.com.

Please note that any return request must be made to the original store within 14 days of purchase, and returns request for a product purchased online via the website will not be accepted by any of our partner stores.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be received within 14 days of lodging a request, unopened and unused in the original sealed packaging, securely wrapped, accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase, and returned to us at your own expense.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact Ignite as soon as possible via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee the request if the order has already been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, please refuse the delivery attempt or decline the parcel at the Post Office. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.

Please choose products carefully as we do not accept returns for opened/used products unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We do not claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions and recommend that you seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product from Ignite Sport Nutrition, please email ignitesportnutrition@outlook.com with your full name, contact details, original order number/receipt, and any relevant photos within 7 days of delivery. We will contact you directly as any exchanged or refunded items must be returned to us for any compensation to be supplied.

If you have received a damaged product or if a product has been delivered that is different to the product listed in your order, notify us within the first 7 days after delivery, then we will:

  • (a) replace the damaged or incorrect product with a new replacement; or
  • (b) if we are unable to provide a new replacement product, we will refund you the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Where goods are received damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence before authorizing the return of your goods.

Exceptions / non returnable items

Certain types of items found on our site cannot be returned. With supplements in particular, goods that have been opened with and the security seals removed are unable to be returned or refunded.

Other exceptions apply where items may not be returned including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
  • Loyalty Points

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
